Domestic shipping terms (Within India)
> You are required to provide correct and complete address along with your cell/telephone numbers for speedy and smooth product delivery. You can register your preferred delivery address in advance to reduce your transaction time which can be changed for each delivery if required.
> Shipping cost will be applied to your order on the payment page unless until a free delivery is offered. However returning products will be at customer’s expense.
> Once we have received your order, we may require 48 hours to process and dispatch your order from our warehouse.
Once the shipments dispatched from our warehouse, it may take another 7 working days to reach you. Further delay may occur if, wrong or incorrect delivery address is provided by you or any natural disasters during transit.
> We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you are not the receiver of your purchase (for example a gift order or any other person at the given address approached by the delivery-person) then the person who signs for the package confirms receipt and is accountable for the package.
> It is your responsibility to reject any damaged or open parcel from the delivery person as returning products to us will be at your cost even a damaged product. However you are required to email us within 48 hours if any damaged shipment rejected by you or found after the sealed parcel opened.
International shipping terms (Outside India) – Currently we are not accepting any international order or delivery.
